BCI Board Member play a keyrole on setting the BCI core ideology, behaviour and principle where ther background diversity, knowledge and passion strongly contributes for BCI continuous growth and its mission fulfilment.
The current members of the BCI Board of Directors are:
Leandro Pereira, PhD, ROI, PMP
Position on Board: President
Leandro is an enterpreneur and is currently a CEO of a Management Consulting company founded in 2012. With three successful business years with an ongoing growth, it has now 90 employees and as closed the year 2014 with a sales volume of 4 million euros. He has over 12 of years's experience in executive management roles in consulting firms. Leandro Pereira is the President of a PMI Chapter and a recognised author of several articles in management magazines. He recently published a book entitled Knowledge Management in Projects and How to Creat Wealth.
Leandro has been responsible for the conception, design and implementation of management solutions, at the organic and technical level, including the conception and design of new departments in dozens of companies.
Leandro has completed a PhD degree in the area of Project Management at the Pontifical University of Salamanca where he developed a pioneering work in the area of project recovery. He also holds a PMP certificate by the PMI Institute.
During his academic carer, he has received several distinctions, such as "best professor" at the Executive Masters in Project Management at ISCTE and 8 school merit award.
He was awarded the undergratuated diploma supplement conceived by UNESCO befores entering university, in 1994, he received the National Award Distinction "Youth and National Defence", awarded by the Ministry of Defence.

Cláudia Teixeira, MSc
Position on Board: CEO
Cláudia has an extensive experience performing a management consultant role as a Benefits Manager and Business Case Manager serving copanies from various sectors such as Retail, Banking, Insurance, Telecommunications and others.
Cláudia has also trains others in Benefits management and Business Case topics. She has a degree in Business Management & Administration at the Catholic's University as well as a Master degree at ISCTE Business School specialized in Benefits Management. Her dissertation thesis entitled "How Management Decides Investments" aimed to identify business case gaps in organizations and make recommendations based on worldwide good pratice.
She has also a foreign professional experience in UK (London) for two years and a half where she worked in the hotel management sector in several roles such as Guest Relations, Revenue Management & Pricing Strategies and Sales & Events.
Cláudia is also an author of several articles in business magazines and internatioonal journals such as the Executive Digest Magazine, the International Journal of Business & Management, International Journal of Scientifi & Research Publications and the International Journal of Research in Management.

Jaleann M. McClurg, MPH, CSM, CSPO, CHTS-TR, DTM
Position on Board: Director of Memberships
Jaleann is a persuasive high-impact communicator, leader, mentor and strategic healthcare business analyst. She is a former board member of International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) in Greater Atlanta. She is committed to transformational leadership. Currently, VP Finance for Greater Atlanta Chapter of American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA).
Her specialty is enterprise strategy analysis and reporting/BI analytics to facilitate decision-making and drive solutioning of complex business problems. Jaleann has led pilot projects in quality improvements, clinical medical education, utilization management, fraud and abuse, and population health IT including writing key business cases to facilitate migration plans for implementation of new technology investments.
Jaleann is also a published researcher in Cancer Prevention where she created a logistic regression model to identify eligible populations of patients for contra lateral mastectomy. Her speech speaking style is serio-comical. She is an active member of Toastmasters International since 2011 and recently joined National Speakers Association (NSA) of Georgia to enhance her business presentation skills. Jaleann is writing a book on “Business Cases that Mean Business” with expected publishing in late 2017.
