Leandro Pereira, PhD, ROI, PMP

Position on Board: President

leandroLeandro is an enterpreneur and is currently a CEO of a Scientific Management Consulting company founded in 2012. With 7 successful business years with an ongoing growth, it has now 160 employees and as closed the year 2019 with a sales volume of 9 million euros. He has over 12 of years's experience in executive management roles in consulting firms. Leandro Pereira is the President of a PMI Chapter and a recognised author of several articles in management magazines. He recently published a book entitled Knowledge Management in Projects and How to Creat Wealth.

Leandro has been responsible for the conception, design and implementation of management solutions, at the organic and technical level, including the conception and design of new departments in dozens of companies.

Leandro has completed a PhD degree in the area of Project Management at the Pontifical University of Salamanca where he developed a pioneering work in the area of project recovery. He also holds a PMP certificate by the PMI Institute and his an author of severel scientific papers. 

During his academic carer, he has received several distinctions, such as "best professor" at the Executive Masters in Project Management at ISCTE and 8 school merit award.

He was awarded the undergratuated diploma supplement conceived by UNESCO befores entering university, in 1994, he received the National Award Distinction "Youth and National Defence", awarded by the Ministry of Defence.

José Santos, MSc

Position on Board: CEO

Jose2José Pedro Santos is currently responsible for Winning LAB the scientific research area of his company, Winning Scientific Management. His vast scientific knowledge, with the publication of several scientific papers in indexed journals as well as the participation, as an inveted speaker, at several national and international conferences, allowed him to develop and implement the best practices of management, statistics and research methods in his company. 

At the professional level, José has over 10 years of experience. He began his professional career as a Geography Cycle Teacher, was an Army Officer, worked as a consultant at the European Space Agency and collaborated, as a consultant, with several public bodies such as the Directorate General of the Territory and IPMA in Portugal. In parallel, he has been developing several projects for the European Commission and has been a finalist in several editions of entrepreneurship competitions in Europe. He has been an invited speaker at several European Commission conferences on management, environment and climate change. At the level of academic qualifications has a degree in Geography specialization in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Cartography and a Master degree in GIS and Territorial Modeling applied to Spatial Planning.

Currently, José attends a PhD in Management, specialization in Quantitative Methods applied to Management at ISCTE, Portugal.

Jaleann M. McClurg, MPH, CSM, CSPO, CHTS-TR, DTM

Position on Board: Director of Memberships

Jaleann M. McClurg

Jaleann is a persuasive high-impact communicator, leader, mentor and strategic healthcare business analyst. She is a former board member of International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) in Greater Atlanta. She is committed to transformational leadership. Currently, VP Finance for Greater Atlanta Chapter of American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA).

Her specialty is enterprise strategy analysis and reporting/BI analytics to facilitate decision-making and drive solutioning of complex business problems. Jaleann has led pilot projects in quality improvements, clinical medical education, utilization management, fraud and abuse, and population health IT including writing key business cases to facilitate migration plans for implementation of new technology investments.

Jaleann is also a published researcher in Cancer Prevention where she created a logistic regression model to identify eligible populations of patients for contra lateral mastectomy. Her speech speaking style is serio-comical. She is an active member of Toastmasters International since 2011 and recently joined National Speakers Association (NSA) of Georgia to enhance her business presentation skills. Jaleann is writing a book on “Business Cases that Mean Business” with expected publishing in late 2017.
