Rildo is an experienced multi-disciplinary consultant working in Project Management and Business Analysis, Innovation, BPM, Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Agile Methods and Information Technology.
Rildo has 15 years of experience working on projects with issues related to management, business analysis, BPM, project management and information technology, and during his professional career provided consulting services in several market segments, such as Oil and Gas, Energy, Telecom, Financial, Steel, Metallurgy, Defense, Health, Education, Communication, Information Technology.
Moreover, Rildo has already trained more than 1,000 professionals in the field of Business Analysis and has also been a speaker in Brazil events such as PEX Brazil, BA Brazil, TáSafo Conf and TDC - The Developer's Conference.
Rildo is an enthusiastic in using Business Case for startups and companies already established in order to justify investments and organizational changes. During the academic time, Rildo concluded the Bachelor of Business Administration, followed by a Postgraduate Course in Higher Education and a Master in Software Engineering at Mackenzie University. Besides, he kept on acquiring knowledge through several certifications such as CSM - Scrum Master, CSPO - Product Owner Scrum Alliance, the ITIL Foundations for Exin and COBIT Foundations by ISACA.
